I’m excited to let everyone know about the wonderful art show curated by friend Daria Sommers, the co-director of Lioness (Center for Documentary Studies Filmmaker Award at Full Frame Film Festival, Tribeca Film Festival), a Room 11 Productions film that aired on the PBS series Independent Lens.

This exhibition features over twenty works from recognized post-World War II masters like the Philippinesʼ Hernando Ruiz Ocampo,Thailandʼs Chalood Nimsamer and Indonesiaʼs Mochtar Apin as well as younger artists like Yoes Rizal, a protégé of Mochtar Apin, and printmakers KitikongTilokwattanotai and Amarin Kantawong, from the art collective Chiangmai Art on Paper (C.A.P.), who continue the innovative spirit of printmaking begun by Chalood Nimsamer.
